Nicholas Brett BSc MRICS established Nicholas Brett & Co Retail Property Agents in 1998. He deals exclusively with retail property matters throughout the United Kingdom. In addition he identifies and acquires new retail outlets for clients including Ladbrokes, Barnardos, Shelter, Costa Coffee, Cash Converters, Co Op Funerals and others. He also advises on all aspects of the rent review and lease renewal process.

David Bridge has, as a principal and as a company director, experience of active management of property portfolios including the undertaking of new build retail development and refurbishment of existing buildings for both retail and mixed uses.
